How it works
01 —
Travel Dates
Let us know the dates you need the box and we’ll work with you to arrange collection of the box from our base in Cobham.
02 —
Collect Box
Pick up your order from our Cobham base at a time that suites you (early AM and late PM slots are available upon request).
Please note, invoices must be paid in full before collection.
03 —
Pack & Fly
Dissemble and pack your bike ready for your flight.

Return Box
When you return from your event, simply drop the box back off at our Cobham base.

TT Bike
From £80 / Week
No removal of handlebar needed, generally you’ll just need to take the wheels and pedals off.
If you have a Triathlon Bike or the latest generation of Aero road bikes with or without hydraulic disc brakes, generally all you only need to remove, is the wheels and pedals!

Keeping your bike safe
How to pack your bike
01 —
Prepare
Give your bike a quick clean before packing.
This makes it easier to inspect for any existing damage and helps keep the inside of the bike box clean.
02 —
Pack
Remove your pedals, wheels, seatpost and handlebars.
Also, slightly deflate the tyres.
Protect the frame with foam padding or use riding kit (protected inside plastic bags).
03 —
Weigh
Make sure that your filled bike box is under the weight limit for your flight.
Bike box weight allowances vary, but are typically between 25 – 32KG.
